The website pixll (hereinafter "the Site") is published by pixll, a sole proprietorship registered under the laws of France.
The Site is hosted by Lovable, Inc. on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Hosting provider address and contact details are available at the discretion of Lovable, Inc.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, recipes, videos, downloadable files, and the Notion template, is the property of pixll or its content suppliers and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, or translation, whether partial or total, of the Site or its contents, by any means and on any medium, without prior written authorization from pixll, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under French law.
pixll sells a premium Notion template containing 101 high-protein recipes. The template is delivered as a digital download or Notion share link immediately after payment confirmation.
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. The payment is one-time, non-recurring, and grants the purchaser lifetime access to the template and any future updates included in the offer.
In accordance with French consumer protection regulations, digital content supplied immediately after purchase is not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access link has been delivered. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal in order to receive immediate access to the digital product.
pixll collects only the personal data necessary for order processing and customer support, such as email address and payment information handled by our payment processors. pixll does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
